I did know most of this information but it was a nice reminder of why i got interested in low carb in the first place. And for sombody new to the low carb lifestyle this is well worth the price. I have bought much more expensive books that did not have much more information than this book has.The goal setting and action plans in this book are very helpfull.

Nothing new here. More like a quick review of the popular diets. No menus, no plan, no meals. They get your $1.51. At least its a cheap waste.
