Grade 4: they are always prolapsed and the anus is kept moist at all times. They look like a cauliflower outside the anus and stain underwear with serohematic fluid (serum and blood).

Mixed: internal external hemorrhoids coexist.

Medical hemroids treatment is used in 90% of the people who consult with a doctor and it basically is aimed at finding out the causes that give rise to hemorrhoids. “First of all, constipation should be avoided. You should also avoid irritating food such as chili, pepper and mustard, cheese and chocolate. The classical hemorrhoidectomy: This method consists of the surgical removal of the hemorrhoids package. It is used to deal with mixed cases and when other pathology is associated. This operation has the inconvenience of producing postoperative pain and it takes 3 to 4 weeks to heal, causing significant distress to the patient.

Stapled hemorrhoidopexy: aims to fix (staple) the internal hemorrhoids grade 3 and 4 to the rectal wall. The main advantage of this operation is that it does not leave any scars and postoperative pain is mild.
